Cost Allocation Plan Certification Clause Samples

The Cost Allocation Plan Certification clause serves to formally affirm that the cost allocation plan submitted by an entity is accurate, complete, and in compliance with applicable regulations. Typically, this clause requires an authorized official to certify that all costs are properly assigned to the correct programs or funding sources, and that the plan reflects actual operations. By mandating this certification, the clause helps ensure accountability and transparency in financial reporting, reducing the risk of misallocation or misuse of funds.
