CORRUPT FRAUDULENT PRACTICES. The O&M Operator shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in any Corrupt Practice, Fraudulent Practice, Coercive Practice or Obstructive Practice during the negotiation of this Contract or at any time during the Term.
