Corrupt Act offering, giving or agreeing to give to TNPA or any other organ of state or to any person employed by or on behalf of TNPA or any other organ of state any gift or consideration of any kind as an inducement or reward:

Corrupt Act. The Tier 1 Provider is removed from the Relevant Lot under the rules of the Flexible Purchasing System in place from time to time.

Corrupt Act. Amend the definition of Corrupt Act by adding a third bullet point: an offence under the Bribery Act 2010 or Section 117(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 under legislation creating offences concerning fraudulent acts at common law concerning fraudulent acts relating to this contract or any other contract with the Client defrauding, attempting to defraud or conspiring to defraud the Client.
