Corridor Alternatives Analysis Sample Clauses
Corridor Alternatives Analysis. Prepare up to three (3) roadway cross section alternatives considering anticipated traffic volumes, safety, intersection performance, and multimodal elements. For each alternative considered, develop conceptual stormwater system concepts, conceptual Class 4 cost estimates, ROW impacts, property impacts, and utility impacts to establish the geometric boundaries of the subproject footprint, and allows for concurrent ROW, permitting and the development of construction contract documents to occur.
Corridor Alternatives Analysis. The ENGINEER will utilize previously developed alternative alignments and develop additional alignments based on input from project stakeholders and property owners (coordination covered in BS7). Up to five (5) alignment alternatives will be developed to a 30% schematic design level from 0.18 mile east of Bridgefarmer Road to 0.19 mile south of CR 400. The currently identified alignment will be refined based on the latest data collected in BS1. Alternate corridor evaluation will include the following:
1. Identification of impacts in each of the following categories:
a. Enhanced Mobility and Safety i. Accessibility ii. Safety
b. Cost Effectiveness i. Construction Cost
