Common use of Correspondence Courses Clause in Contracts

Correspondence Courses. Courses the student is repeating after first having taken the course under the regular grading system. Some schools, scholarship committees and honorary societies do not accept this grading system and convert grades of “Credit” to C and “No Credit” to F when computing grade point averages or may otherwise penalize students who use this option.
