Corrective Action Plan (CAP. When DCFS/Probation reasonably determines in its sole discretion, that a CONTRACTOR's deficiencies are amenable to correction, DCFS/Probation may require CONTRACTOR to provide a Corrective Action Plan and DCFS/Probation and CONTRACTOR may enter into a Corrective Action Plan.
