Common use of Correction terms Clause in Contracts

Correction terms. Without prejudice to the penalties assumed by the CONCESSIONAIRE due to noncompliance of the obligations of Maintenance, the CONCESSIONAIRE shall be responsible of the correction of defects informed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. In order to correct the observations that OSITRAN informs about the noncompliance of what is established in Section 6.1 and the following ones from this Contract, OSITRAN shall provide the CONCESSIONAIRE a term to correct them. The corrections shall be made according the nature and complexity of the observation.
