Correction of Unsatisfactory Performance. The Staffing Agency shall, at no cost to the District, promptly and satisfactorily correct or re-perform any services found to be defective or not in compliance with the requirements of this Agreement or the requirements of any governmental authority, law, regulation, or ordinance.
