Correcting Defects. If the property does not comply with Paragraphs 12 & 13 of this contract, the Buyer must notify the Seller and the Seller will be given an additional days to correct any defect. If the property still does not comply after days, Buyer or Seller may cancel this contract. In the event that ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s title is uninsurable, then ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s only obligation will be to refund Buyer's deposit.
