Corporate Subscribers. If this Subscription Agreement is executed and delivered on behalf of a corporation, (I) such corporation has the full legal right and power and all authority and approval required (a) to execute and deliver, or authorize execution and delivery of, this Subscription Agreement and all other instruments executed and delivered by or on behalf of such corporation in connection with the purchase of the Shares and (b) to purchase and hold the Shares: (ii) the signature of the party signing on behalf of such corporation is binding upon such corporation; and (iii) such corporation has not been formed for the specific purpose of acquiring the Shares. .
Corporate Subscribers. Signed Subscription Application Form; – Copy of the bank transfer receipt; – Copy of the IBAN number; – Copy of the Authorized Signatories Certificate or the Extract of the Commercial Register; as the case requires; and – Copy of the personal identification card of the authorized signatory;
