CORPORATE PURPOSES. The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is organized are: (a) To act as a bank holding company, with all of the rights, powers and privileges, and subject to all of the limitations, specified in any applicable state or federal legislation from time to time in effect; and (b) To engage in any other activities within the purposes for which corporations may be organized under the New Jersey Business Corporation Act.
