Corporate OASIS Program Sample Clauses

The Corporate OASIS Program clause establishes the terms and conditions under which a company participates in a government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) known as OASIS (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services). This clause typically outlines eligibility requirements, compliance obligations, and the scope of services that can be provided under the program, such as professional services in areas like engineering, logistics, or management consulting.
