Corporate Integrity. Supplier acknowledges that PacifiCare operates under a compliance program known as the "PACIFICARE ETHICS AND INTEGRITY PROGRAM." Supplier further acknowledges that, notwithstanding anything contained herein, PacifiCare shall not be required to engage in any conduct that may violate any policies, procedures or directives of the PacifiCare Ethics and Integrity Program or its Medical Confidential Information Laws-related policies and procedures.
