Corporate Commitment. Supplier commits that (1) the Master Agreement has received all necessary corporate authorizations and support of the Supplier’s executive management,, (2) the Master Agreement is Supplier’s primary “go to market” strategy for Participating Public Agencies, and (3) that the Supplier has read the terms and conditions of the Administration Agreement with OMNIA Partners and will negotiate such agreement concurrent with and as a condition of its execution of the Master Agreement with the Principal Procurement Agency. Supplier will identify an executive corporate sponsor and a separate national account manager within the RFP response that will be responsible for the overall management of the Master Agreement.
