COPYRIGHT TRANSFER. The Artist shall notify the Trust of a transfer in the ownership of the copyright and provide name, title, current address, telephone number, and email to the Trust in such event. Any transfer of copyright must carry with it the requirement of Directors’ prior written consent to use the Work for commercial exploitation purposes and the County’s right to appropriate use of all material data and documentation for public exhibition, publication, and or recordkeeping purposes of the Trust.
COPYRIGHT TRANSFER. 2.1 The parties hereby declare that the copyright (and related rights) of the footage transfer after the first publication to the publisher. The Subject and the Doctor bear - only as necessary - over and deliver to the Publisher the full, unencumbered copyright of the footage, which was accepted by the publisher here.
