Common use of Copying/Reverse Engineering Clause in Contracts

Copying/Reverse Engineering. In no event shall Distributor use, --------------------------- market or distribute Software other than as provided herein. Distributor agrees not to (i) disassemble, decompile or otherwise reverse engineer Software or otherwise attempt to learn the source code, structure, algorithms or ideas underlying Software, (ii) take any action contrary to ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s Software License Agreement, except as expressly and unambiguously allowed under this Agreement, (iii) alter or modify Software, (iv) attempt to disable any security devices or codes incorporated in Software, or (v) allow or assist others to do any of the foregoing.
