Copper Loops Clause Samples

The Copper Loops clause defines the terms and conditions related to the provision, use, or maintenance of copper wire infrastructure used for telecommunications services. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of the parties regarding access to, repair of, or upgrades to copper loops, and may specify service levels or limitations on use. Copper Loops. AT&T will provide access to unbundled Copper loops as required by FCC Rule 51.319(a)(1).
Copper Loops. Verizon shall provide ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** with nondiscriminatory access to the copper loop on an unbundled basis. The availability of DS1 and DS3 copper loops shall be subject to the requirements of sections 51.319(a)(4) and 51.319(a)(5) of the FCC’s rules, and Applicable Law.
