Other than with respect to the genuineness and completeness of the materials made available to Buyer hereunder, Sxxxxx makes no representations or warranties as to such environmental site assessments, resource assessments, studies, plans, analyses, test results, reports, audits, correspondence and related documentation prepared by Persons other than Seller or any Seller Affiliate, or the truth or accuracy of their contents or conclusions.
