Common use of Copies of Written Policies Clause in Contracts

Copies of Written Policies. The Administrative Agent, each Funding Agent and the Collateral Agent shall have received from the Master Servicer a copy of the Policies in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent and each Funding Agent, certified by a Responsible Officer of the Master Servicer as true, correct and complete copy of such Policies.
