Copies of Report Clause Samples

The "Copies of Report" clause requires one party to provide copies of a report, typically generated as part of a project or service, to the other party. This clause specifies the format, number, and timing for delivering these copies, such as providing electronic or hard copies within a set timeframe after the report's completion. Its core function is to ensure that all relevant parties have timely and consistent access to important information, promoting transparency and facilitating informed decision-making.
Copies of Report. This report will be forwarded to the Board, and a copy will be forwarded to the Association President.
Copies of Report. Upon request by a Participant or the Manager, the Exploration Manager must provide to the Participant copies of all reports prepared by the Exploration Manager in connection with Exploration Works.

Copies of Report. Contract Appraiser estimates that the foregoing assignment will be completed on or about three to four weeks but unforeseen delays in the inspection of the subject property or obtaining relevant data from Client or the assessing authorities might increase the anticipated time period. Appraiser agrees to provide Client with one original copy of the written appraisal report and will supply the local jurisdiction with the copies it needs for its review. Additional copies of the original can be obtained from Appraiser for an additional fee of $25 per copy.
