Common use of Copies of Notices Clause in Contracts

Copies of Notices. Promptly upon its receipt of any notice, request for consent, financial statements, certification, report or other communication under or in connection with any Facility Document from any Person that is a party thereto, copies of the same; provided that in the case of oral communications, notice thereof is required to be given only when such communication relates to the occurrence of any breach, default or other material event under or in connection with a Facility Document.
