Copies of Insurance Policies. MANAGEMENT SERVICES or the PC shall, upon request by the PC or MANAGEMENT SERVICES, as the case may be, promptly provide the PC or MANAGEMENT SERVICES, as the case may be, with copies of all policies of insurance that it procures under this Agreement. Each such policy shall provide that it cannot be modified or terminated except after thirty (30) days written notice to MANAGEMENT SERVICES.
Copies of Insurance Policies. On or promptly after the Actual Delivery Date, promptly upon receipt of each such policy, the Charterers shall deliver to the Owners each policy of the Insurances then in effect.
Copies of Insurance Policies. Lessee shall deliver to Lessor copies of all such policies along with the receipted bills evidencing payment of the premiums for them. Such policies shall provide that Lessor shall be given thirty (30) days written notice prior to cancellation of any policy.
Copies of Insurance Policies. On or promptly after the Closing Date, promptly upon receipt of each such policy, the Borrower shall upon request deliver to the Administrative Agent a duplicate, certified by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower of each policy of insurance required to be in effect under this Agreement or any other Material Project Document then in effect. Not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of any policy of insurance required to be in effect under this Agreement or any other Material Project Document then in effect, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of its intention to renew each expiring policy. The Borrower shall promptly inform the Administrative Agent, prior to this period, if any policy shall not be renewed.
Copies of Insurance Policies. An official copy of all insurance policies and contracts (not resumes) carried by the Board for employees shall be available for review by the GEA President or his/her designee, and copies shall be provided upon request.
Copies of Insurance Policies. The Lessee will provide to the Lessor copies of all of the policies of Insurance taken out by it pursuant to this Clause and will from time to time provide such evidence of renewal as the Lessor may reasonably require. Where any policy of Insurance is for a specific sum or to cover a specific risk then the Lessor may (but will not be obliged to) direct the Lessee as to the amount of such Insurance cover to be taken out and/or as to the specific risk to be covered.
Copies of Insurance Policies cover notes documenting that insurance cover has been taken out in respect of the Vessel in accordance with Clause 23.1 (Insurance), and evidencing that the Agent’s (on behalf of the Finance Parties and the Swap Bank) Security in the insurance policies have been noted in accordance with the relevant notices as required under the Assignment Agreement;
Copies of Insurance Policies. Before commencing the Work, the Contractor shall provide the Owner with a copy of each policy, which the Contractor and each of its Subcontractors shall carry in accordance herewith, together with receipted bills evidencing proof of premium payment.

(i) copies of all Insurance Policies for the insurances required under clause 70 (Insurance) of the Base Agreement for the period from Financial Close to Works Completion except the D&C Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy referred to and described in Sub-part 1 (Design and Construction Phase) of Part 1 (Required Insurances) of Schedule 15A (Insurance); and
Copies of Insurance Policies. The Independent Monitor must provide copies of its insurance policies to the Project Parties upon request.
