Coordinator Position. The Coordinator's duties shall be posted and filled by seniority. Only employees who do not presently hold a posted position are eligible to apply. The Coordinator shall be paid the appropriate plant rate of pay. The Coordinator shall be in charge of the entire project area and responsibilities through plant management, shall include: a) ordering, shipping, recipes, unloading of items used for the project being done. b) coordinating the employees' work. c) being in charge of the total project area. The Coordinator shall be returned to his/her plant job upon completion of the project. When the Coordinator moves over to the project, his plant position will be filled by seniority. If the Coordinator is required in the project area for less than four (4) hours, his/her position worked in the plant at that time shall be filled on a seniority basis and there shall not be more than two (2) moves as a result of this clause. If the Coordinator is required in the project area for four (4) hours or more, then his/her plant position worked at that time shall be filled by seniority and may result in multiple seniority moves in the plant.
