Coordination with System. Seller shall be responsible for the coordination and synchronization of the Facility with the System, and shall be solely responsible for (and shall defend and hold PacifiCorp harmless against) any damage that may occur as a direct result of Seller’s breach of the Generation Interconnection Agreement.
