Common use of Coordination with Other Articles Clause in Contracts

Coordination with Other Articles. (a) Except as otherwise set forth in this Article XVI, the Class B, Series 2 Limited Partner Interests (the “Class B, Series 2 Units”) shall have the designations, preferences, rights, powers and duties stated and expressed elsewhere in this Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with respect to the Class B, Series 2 Units between provisions of this Article XVI and provisions of other Articles in this Agreement, this Article XVI shall govern and control.

Coordination with Other Articles.
