Coordination Role Sample Clauses
The Coordination Role clause designates a specific party or individual responsible for managing and facilitating communication and activities among multiple stakeholders involved in a project or agreement. This role typically includes organizing meetings, distributing information, and ensuring that all parties are aligned on objectives and timelines. By clearly assigning coordination duties, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings, streamlines collaboration, and ensures that project milestones are met efficiently.
