Common use of Coordination of Infrastructure Improvements Clause in Contracts

Coordination of Infrastructure Improvements. The Developer and the CITY recognize that there must be coordination of Infrastructure Improvements with those infrastructure improvements being constructed by the CITY or other developers in connection with other projects. The Developer agrees to coordinate the design and construction of Infrastructure Improvements under this Agreement with such other projects in an effort to accommodate timing issues and to reduce duplication.
