Common use of COORDINATING MANAGER Clause in Contracts

COORDINATING MANAGER. On the Effective Date, each party hereto shall designate a coordinating manager to report and discuss issues with respect to the provision of Services under this Services Agreement. The coordinating managers shall meet to discuss the performance of the Services as often as reasonably necessary to ensure the orderly provision of the Services, and shall have authority to address and remedy problems related to the provision of Services to the extent consistent with this Services Agreement.
