Coordinating Authority Clause Samples

The Coordinating Authority clause designates a specific individual or entity responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of the agreement between the parties. This authority typically acts as the main point of contact, coordinates communications, and ensures that obligations and deliverables are met according to the contract's terms. By centralizing responsibility, the clause helps streamline decision-making, prevent misunderstandings, and facilitate efficient resolution of issues that may arise during the course of the agreement.
Coordinating Authority. The organisation acting as the central authoritative point of reference having the overall responsibility for governing the Peppol Interoperability Framework.
