Coordinate Utilities. (1) The consultant shall create a detailed list of potential utility conflicts caused by the project. City Project Manager shall schedule the Private Utility Coordination Meeting. The consultant shall prepare the meeting agenda and include the list of utility conflicts for discussion at the meeting.
(2) Provide the City Project Manager a list of private utility conflict resolutions. If private utilities will need to be relocated, assist PM as necessary with formal notification. If desiring exceptions from City requirements or specifications, it is the Consultant’s responsibility to request and secure exceptions. Failure by the City to comment on a nonconforming item during a review does not constitute the granting of an exception.
Coordinate Utilities. 1.2.1.1. Hold follow-up utility coordination meetings (up to 2) with El Paso Water Utility, Texas Gas, and City of El Paso staff, to verify applicability of the water, wastewater, and gas relocation coordination and design efforts completed to-date. This scope does not include any redesign of the utility relocation design plans prepared by others.
