Coordinate Meetings Clause Samples
The 'Coordinate Meetings' clause establishes the responsibility and process for organizing and scheduling meetings between the parties involved in an agreement. Typically, it outlines who is in charge of initiating meeting requests, how much advance notice should be given, and the preferred methods for confirming dates and times, such as via email or calendar invites. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of how meetings will be arranged, reducing confusion and helping to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the duration of the agreement.
