Common use of Cooperative Testing Clause in Contracts

Cooperative Testing. Within twenty-four (24) hours of CLEC’s request, SBC-AMERITECH will perform cooperative testing with CLEC (including trouble shooting to isolate any problems) to test Network Elements or Combinations purchased by CLEC in order to identify any performance problems. 9.0 Access to Unbundled Network Elements – Section 251(c)(3).
