Common use of COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT. The awarded vendor may agree to offer the prices, terms and conditions offered in this price agreement to other governmental agencies that are members of the Southwest Ohio Purchasing for Government (SWOP4G) and Central Ohio Organization for Public Purchasing (COOPP), who wish to participate in a cooperative purchasing program with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County. a. These agencies will be responsible for entering into separate agreements with the vendor and all the receiving, inspections, payments, and other contract administration duties there under. If indicated as an agreement all information concerning this bid, including price sheets and award information will be mailed to all interested members of the SWOP4G and COOPP.
