COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT. As part of the National trend involving Joint or Cooperative Purchasing Programs, all bidders are to indicate below that a contract award as a result of this bid is open to all Government entities within the four County areas that includes ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇, Effingham and Liberty Counties. The Counties are in NO WAY OBLIGATED to make purchases of services from the resulting contract and would have to supply their own needs to the Contractor.
