Common use of COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

The awarded vendor agrees to offer the prices, terms and conditions offered in this price agreement to other governmental agencies that are members of the Southwest Ohio Purchasing for Government (SWOP4G) and Central Ohio Organization for Public Purchasing (CO-OPP), who wish to participate in a cooperative purchasing program with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County. a.
