Cooperation with Voting. Each of the Sponsor, the Seller and the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that it shall reasonably cooperate with the Indenture Trustee to facilitate any vote by the Noteholders and Note Owners pursuant to terms of Section 7.05 of the Indenture.
