Cooperation with the Institution's Consultants Sample Clauses

Cooperation with the Institution's Consultants. (OPTIONAL) The INSTITUTION reserves the right to designate authorized representatives or to retain consultants at its expense, including an Architect/Engineer, to act on its behalf with respect to administering the performance required under this Agreement throughout its term. The INSTITUTION and its representatives and consultants shall at all times have access to the Work. The COMPANY agrees to cooperate with any representative of, or consultant retained by, the INSTITUTION.
