Cooperation with respect to Governmental Approvals. (i) The Department will cooperate, and will cause each Transit Agency to cooperate, with the Development Entity in relation to any application by the Development Entity for a Governmental Approval and will, at the reasonable request of the Development Entity, and where necessary to obtain, renew, replace, extend the validity of, or arrange necessary amendments to any Governmental Approval:
