Cooperation with respect to Governmental Approvals. 5.1.2.1 The Authority will cooperate with Developer in relation to any application by Developer for a Governmental Approval and will, at the reasonable request of Developer and at Developer’s costs, and where necessary to obtain, renew, replace, extend the validity of, or arrange necessary amendments to any Governmental Approval:
