Cooperation with Company Auditors, etc. AUL shall cooperate as reasonably necessary with the Company and the Company’s independent auditors in the annual and quarterly financial statement audits of the Parent and of the Company prepared in accordance with GAAP and in the audit of statutory financial statements of the Company as required by Bermuda law.
