Common use of Cooperation in Investigations and Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Cooperation in Investigations and Proceedings. Each party hereto shall, except to the extent their interests are adverse, cooperate in all insurance or securities regulatory investigations, proceedings and inquiries and in all judicial proceedings concerning any other party hereto or any of its parents or affiliates with respect to the In-Force Policies and Contracts.
