Cooperation for Reporting Purposes. Seller shall cooperate with Company to provide information to Company for purposes of reporting to all applicable government agencies, including, but not limited to, information concerning Seller’s Facility characteristics, production totals, matters pertaining to interconnection, environmental violations ( if any are known), and other issues related to the purchases under this Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed to by Seller or as otherwise required by order of any body with jurisdiction over this Agreement, Company agrees to treat Seller-specific information as confidential; provided, however, that Company shall be permitted to combine Seller’s information with other customers’ information as publicly- available information submitted to applicable government agencies.
