Cooperation during Implementation Phase Sample Clauses
The "Cooperation during Implementation Phase" clause requires the parties involved in a contract to actively collaborate and communicate throughout the period when the agreed project or service is being put into effect. This typically involves sharing relevant information, coordinating schedules, and promptly addressing any issues or changes that arise during implementation. By mandating ongoing cooperation, the clause helps ensure that the project progresses smoothly, reduces misunderstandings, and facilitates the timely resolution of problems, ultimately supporting the successful completion of the contract.
