COOPERATION - DISCRIMINATION. 21.01 The Company and the Union agree: (a) that they will, at all times, cooperate in an effort to promote harmony and efficiency among the Company’s employees; and (b) that no coercion, intimidation, or discrimination of employees - because of Union membership or non-membership - will be permitted.
