Common use of Cooperation Clause Clause in Contracts

Cooperation Clause. Upon reasonable request, the Employee shall make himself available to the Company to furnish full and truthful information concerning any event which took place during Employee's employment. Upon reasonable request, as deemed necessary by the Company, the Employee shall make himself available to the Company to furnish full and truthful consultations concerning any potential or actual litigation. Employee shall furnish the information as soon as is practical after a request from the Company is received. The Company shall reimburse Employee for the reasonable cost of all Employee's travel, lodging, meals and any loss of compensation suffered by Employee from his current employer as a result of time spent furnishing information under this clause.
