Common use of Cooperation Clause Clause in Contracts

Cooperation Clause. The Insured shall cooperate with the Company in the conduct of the investigation and defense of a Claim, and upon the Company’s request, submit to examination and interrogation by the Company representatives, under oath if required, and attend hearings, depositions, and trials, and assist in affecting settlements, securing and giving evidence, and in obtaining the attendance of witnesses. The Insured agrees to promptly tender the defense of any Claim to any other insurer which also has available insurance for a Claim covered under this Policy.
