Cooperation by Lessors Clause Samples
The 'Cooperation by Lessors' clause requires the lessors to actively assist or collaborate with the lessee or other parties in fulfilling certain obligations or processes outlined in the lease agreement. This may include providing necessary information, executing documents, or facilitating inspections and approvals as needed during the lease term. By mandating such cooperation, the clause ensures smoother administration of the lease and helps prevent delays or obstacles that could arise from a lack of lessor involvement.
