Cooperation by Developer. 6.4.1 Developer shall, in a timely manner, provide the City and each City Agency with all documents, applications, plans and other information reasonably necessary for the City to comply with its obligations under this Agreement. 6.4.2 Developer shall timely comply with all reasonable requests by the Planning Director and each City Agency for production of documents or other information, evidencing compliance with this Agreement.
