Common use of Cooperation Agreements Clause in Contracts

Cooperation Agreements. BNI shall provide Q Bio with the agreements from each of ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and/or ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the form of which are attached hereto as Exhibit 7.1(v) shall stating that for so long as such person is an officer, director, employee or consultant of BNI or its Affiliate that such person agrees to provide such assistance and cooperation, in its capacity as officer, director, employee or consultant of BNI or its Affiliate, as contemplated under this Agreement as well as assist wherever possible to raise the capital required via corporate presentations to investor and scientific meetings, provided any reasonable out-of-pocket expense incurred by BNI in providing such cooperation will be paid by Q Bio.
