Common use of Conveyancer Clause in Contracts

Conveyancer. 10.1 Registration of transfer of the property sold in terms of this Agreement shall be effected by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ NDZABANDZABA INC, 264 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ DRIVE, RUSTENBURG. 10.2 As soon as the full purchase price has been paid or secured by guarantees as stipulated in paragraph 4.2 above, the parties undertake to sign all the necessary documents and to take all reasonable steps to assure registration of transfer of the property. 10.3 The SELLER undertakes to pay the transfer costs to the said attorney on request.
